Voyalune intends to dispatch orders from the United Arab Emirates. Available destinations, delivery charges, estimated delivery windows, and free-shipping thresholds are displayed at checkout once the store's courier arrangements are finalized.

Order processing

Orders are processed during UAE business days. Processing times can be affected by public holidays, product availability, address verification, and unusually high order volumes.

Delivery estimates

Any delivery time shown is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Delays can occur because of courier operations, customs procedures, severe weather, remote-area service, or incorrect delivery information.

Customer responsibilities

Customers should provide a complete delivery address and reachable contact number. Additional charges caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, customs duties, or destination-country requirements may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.

Damaged or missing deliveries

Contact us promptly after delivery if a parcel appears damaged, incomplete, or incorrect. Keep the packaging and provide photographs where possible so that the matter can be reviewed with the courier.

Pre-launch notice: Final delivery fees, destinations, processing times, courier names, customs terms, and free-shipping conditions must be confirmed by the store owner before accepting orders.
