These draft terms govern use of the Voyalune online store. By using the store or placing an order, customers agree to the terms displayed at the time of purchase, subject to applicable law.

Store information

Product descriptions, availability, prices, promotions, and delivery options may be updated. We aim to present information accurately, but obvious errors may be corrected and affected customers contacted where necessary.

Orders

An order submission does not necessarily mean acceptance. Orders may be declined or cancelled for reasons such as product unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing errors, delivery restrictions, or inaccurate customer information. Any payment taken for a cancelled order will be handled according to the payment provider's process and applicable law.

Products

Customers should review product dimensions, set contents, colour options, care information, and airline requirements before purchase. Airline baggage acceptance is controlled by the airline and is not guaranteed by Voyalune.

Prices and payments

Prices are shown in the currency selected by the store or market. Taxes, delivery fees, duties, and other charges are shown where applicable. Customers must use an authorized payment method and provide accurate billing information.

Acceptable use

The store must not be used for unlawful activity, fraud, interference with store security, unauthorized data collection, or infringement of intellectual-property rights.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Voyalune is not responsible for indirect losses or events outside reasonable control.

Changes

These terms may be updated by posting a revised version on the store. The version in effect when an order is placed generally applies to that order.
